My order was not shipped yet
If you order is still in production, and your order is not yet shipped, we'll be happy to update your address. Please email support@starrymaps.com and provide the new shipping address, a team member will get back to you within 24 hours with an update.
My order was shipped
In most cases, we cannot change the shipping address if the print was shipped. We'll have to wait for the print to return and reshipping. In such cases, reshipping fees are applied. However, please email support@starrymaps.com to let them know and we'll do everything we can to help minimize delays.
