Payment Issues

If you're having issues paying for your order, please make sure to check the following:

• Check the full billing name, make sure it's correct.
• Check the billing address: If your billing address does not match the shipping address, make sure to fill in the billing address correctly.
• Make sure all other details are correct: e.g. the card expiry, card-verification-code (CVC), etc.

If all details are correct but your payment isn't going through, it is most likely your bank blocking the payment.
