Protecting Shipment Packages

All of our framed and canvas prints are shipped in heavy cardboard boxes which are well protected on the inside and expertly wrapped. This insures that the prints arrive in perfect condition. Our posters (without a frame) are shipped rolled in protective material to insure they're free from wrinkles or scratches. In case of damages of any sort, we'll be happy to send you a brand new print as soon as possible once reported. Please contact support@starrymaps.com with photos showing any damages and photos of the packaging box so the team could assist you.
