How do I place an order?

Ordering your map is simple. All you have to do is follow these steps:

• First, go to our map editor to design your own map.
• Once you're happy with your design, choose a product format and size.
• If you select the "Framed Print" format option, you choose a frame color so that our expert framing team handles framing your print.
• After that, click on "Checkout". This will take you to the checkout page to complete your shipping and payment details.
• Once the payment is captured successfully, we’ll show you an order summary page - take note of your order number in case you needed to contact us about it.
• You should also receive an email confirming the order and another email later confirming that the print was shipped. If you don't, feel free to contact our support team at support@starrymaps.com and they'll be happy to help.
