You may decide to cancel your order if you realised that this isn't the right time to have it, or for any other reason. If the order is not yet in production, we're happy to proceed with the cancellation free of charge. If the order is in the labs to be made, cancellation may not be possible. As you know, our prints are custom made-to-order products, which makes cancellation tricky once production begins.
